HOW TO VOICE A CONCERN

Player/Parent Communication Concern Protocol Process

 

The Sporting Brookside (SBKS) protocol and process for presenting and addressing player/coach/team/parent concerns is as follows. Please respect the 24 hour rule ‐ wait at least 24 hours before initiating contact following a game or practice unless the situation endangers the immediate health and safety of an individual. At that point, reach out to Sporting Brookside’s Executive Director immediately via email, phone or text at; 913-787-1536 or Nick@SportingBrookside.org

 

 

Youth Recreational/Grassroots Concerns

1. Contact your player’s head coach and request a call or meeting to discuss your concern(s). If this fails to resolve the issue;

2. Contact SBKS’s Registrar, Angie Miller via email (Info@BrooksideSoccer.org) to share your concern(s). If this fails to resolve the issue:

3. Contact SBKS’s Executive Director, Nick Garcia to share your concern(s) to discuss your

concerns privately and directly.

 

Adult League Concerns

1. Contact your team captain to discuss your concern(s). If this fails to resolve the issue;

2. Contact SBKS’s Adult League Director, Tato Chiaparro, via email (Tato@BrooksideSoccer.org) to share your concern(s). If this fails to resolve the issue:
